At Children’s Town, we follow Ontario’s early learning pedagogy. We believe children are capable, curious and competent. Our educators build warm relationships, then use play to guide each child’s growth across every developmental area.

Daily Rhythm
A Day at Children’s Town
Every day follows a reassuring rhythm, with enough flexibility to follow the children’s energy and interests. Times are approximate and shift naturally by age group.

Arrival
7:00 AMSoft greetings, quiet table activities and a calm transition from home to the classroom.

Snack & Learning Time
8:30 – 9:30 AMA nutritious snack followed by small-group learning invitations that follow the children’s interests.

Outdoor Playtime
9:30 – 10:30 AMFresh air, movement and nature discovery in our outdoor play space.

Lunch & Nap Time
11:30 AM – 2:00 PMA family-style meal followed by rest, sleep or quiet book-and-puzzle time for older children.

Outdoor Time
2:00 – 3:00 PMAnother chance to run, climb, explore and connect with nature in our outdoor play space.

Learning Time
3:00 – 4:00 PMFocused small-group projects, literacy, numeracy and creative exploration.
