Families trust us with information about their children. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

When you request a tour, submit an inquiry or enrol a child, we collect the details you provide: parent or guardian name, email address, phone number, your child's name and date of birth, requested start date, preferred centre and program, and any comments you choose to share.
We do not collect payment information through this website.
We use your information only to respond to your inquiry, schedule tours, discuss program availability, and manage enrolment and care for your child as required by our licence.
We never sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Information about enrolled children — including health, allergy, immunization and emergency contact records — is collected and retained as required under Ontario's Child Care and Early Years Act and is accessible only to authorized staff and, where required, to the Ministry of Education.
Records are stored securely in locked files and password-protected systems, retained only as long as required for licensing and legal purposes, and then securely destroyed.
You may ask us to review, correct or delete the personal information we hold about your family, or ask us to stop contacting you, at any time. Contact us at info@childrenhub.ca or call the centre directly.
